Fees

Appraisal services are billed at an hourly rate, covering on-site examination, research, and report preparation.

An estimate is provided prior to the start of each engagement, and a contract outlining the scope of work is agreed upon in advance. A retainer of 50% of the estimated fee is typically required to begin the appraisal process.

Additional expenses such as photography, research, or travel may be included where applicable.

Brokerage and acquisition services are typically structured as a percentage of the transaction, depending on the scope and nature of the work.
